To support our professional team and to further shape our international expansion, we are looking for a new employee for our site in Vilvoorde.
Responsibility
You are responsible for complete event management, including transport, technical support, administrative processing, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety aspects:
- Ensure customer satisfaction (report, monitor, adjust, and achieve KPIs).
- Maintain a close contact with our client.
- Closely follow requirements regarding QHSE: maintain QHSE standards and being highly sensitive to quality, safety, and health regulations.
- Strictly maintain confidentiality and serve as a role model in adhering to internal rules and external legislation.
- Oversee, control, and report on transport, technical modification requests, events & shoots, administrative tasks, and fleet management.
- Direct, monitor, and optimize daily work organization and procedures. This includes supervise the own/hired personnel and translating business objectives to the departments.
- Coach, guide and motivate employees to achieve organizational and departmental goals.
- Communicate at several levels, internal and external.
- Taking presence at events (national, international).
Competencies
- Fluent in Dutch and English, French is an asset.
- Knowledge of automotive (technical and logistics).
- Good knowledge of H&S regulations.
- People coach with networking skills.
- Lead by example.
- Plan actions and projects, determine objectives and priorities.
- Maintain result-oriented work under time pressure or difficult circumstances.
- Solution-oriented.
- Willing to travel to the Genk headquarters frequently.
